I have (had I should say) really weak bones, and since cutting out refined sugar and GLUTEN I've been pain free. My knees don't pop, I don't have to pop my back, I can bend, sit, cross my legs, my body just doesn't hurt. Gluten inflames EVERYTHING in the body, it's such a horrible chain reaction.
Seriously, read that book!!! I read it in 2 days, it's a super easy read
