I used to have this problem with our old neighbours before we moved. I had gone over repeatedly asking them to turn down their music, they never cared and one time verbally slammed me (nice eh?). I totally feel your pain. I'm more understanding with noise on a Friday or Saturday night, but a week night? Nope. Turn that music down!
