Can you conceive if you have Hemorrhagic Cyst and Fibroid Uterus?

I'm not sure about the cyst, but you can have surgery to remove the fibroids and make TTC easier for you
Have you been to see an RE (Reproductive Endrocrinologist) yet? They're the best person to give the kind of information you're looking for. (your chances, treatments etc...) Don't let an OB or GP scare you just yet!
I would think that even if they did have to remove the one ovary that you would be able to still use the other one. Usually when something like that is removed, the other one will take over the duties of both. (So you won't necessarily skip every other month if you usually switch sides that you ovulate on every month for example)
If worse comes to worse, I hope that they would be able to retrieve eggs before removing both so that you can use IVF in the future!
