I tore so bad delivering Zoey - that I had zero muscle control down there and therefore had quite a few accidents. I cried many days thinking I'd have fecal incontinence for life. Unfortunately many pairs of panties went to panty heaven. Fortunately - they were all my post pregnancy granny panties.
(and yes I finally regained control after a couple of weeks)
