Oh Becky it's just one of those painful things! I thought Layla was a great eater too! She ate salad wraps with yoghurt on them (as long as I was eating them too), was much keener to try her veges than the boys were. But now... even a simple plate of pasta with cheese sauce and tuna... she won't even try it and will just say 'I don't like it' to most things. I think you're doing all that you can by still offering him the food. I think I made a mistake with the boys of thinking well I'm not going to cook it if they won't eat it because it's a waste, but my friends who have always kept offering the veges, even if they don't get eaten, do seem to end up with kids who a few years down the track, do eat more veges than mine!

Oliver (nearly 7) has started to try veges again though so there is hope! But it would be hard to have someone tell you he needs to eat more. Kids are stubborn though so good luck and hopefully it's just a phase...!! KUP!
