Ditto Sharon I don't use a particular diet but I count my calories and fat intake through myfitness pal, increase exercise and sometimes I chuck in a tesco diet milkshake for breakfast! :-) I lose quite a few lbs each time which makes me happy but if it slowly creeps back on if I don't continue to track my fat/calorie intake! If I notice it is I just go back to being healthy lol
