We switched to a new doctor after baby #3 and never regretted it. Main reason for picking them was they have hours on weekends for sick kids. (Back then, it was rare).
I may switch this LO to a female in the practice since my older girls are now seeing her. It's only because my DH thinks they'd prefer to see a female doctor and he scheduled their physicals. Funny part, all of my doctors are males and I never thought twice about it
I love our doctor since he doesn't push me when I say nope to certain vaccines (all the newer ones) and doesn't harp on the weight of the kids. He knows them by now to know it will bounce around from year to year. (We have both extremes 100% for BMI and 1% for BMI).
