This morning I did 3 miles on my treadmill and some horizontal conditioning. I haven't used the treadmill in awhile so I'm sure that I will be a bit sore tomorrow.
For breakfast we had omelets with mushrooms, cheese and ham. Lunch is egg salad and some more black bean soup (I made a huge pot of it so I'll be eating that for a few days) and for dinner we are having pork chops with peaches, green beans and rice.
