This morning I did a 55 minute circuit workout and tonight I'm going to do some Horizontal Conditioning. then I'm going to take the rest of the week off.
Hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving!! I plan on eating lots of good food. I'll have to workout extra hard next week but it will definitely be worth it.
