Is anyone at their pre-pregnancy weight or close to their goal? Yes, below my pre-pregnancy weight, but not at my goal as far as how i look physically. Still some toning to do in my tummy area and getting back the ab definition
Any exercise going on? I run 6 days a week, and am in full-on marathon training mode right now. Hoping to run a full in January. I strength train, do yoga & pilates, and dance a couple times a week, too.
Any special diet? Not really! I'm generally a healthy eater, but if I want a treat, I eat it. I work too hard to deny myself in that area...Ha!
Care to share a updated postpartum picture? Sure! I'll take one soon and update. Not sure if it'll be today, though. I'm sick and look a mess, but maybe tomorrow. If I know I need to share pics, it'll probably help keep me motivated.
