OK I did my burpees today at the gym along with my running because I didn't feel like lifting weights.

I did 50 - 5 x 10. The last 10 were brutal. My wrists aren't used to taking my weight anymore. Oh yeah, and I weigh 30 lb more - that might have something to do with it.

Melanie, is your back muscle sore or real pain sore? If it's your muscles then it is probably good to keep at it and build up the strength.
