VBAC's are very difficult to get where I live although it is getting easier. The ICAN website is difficult to navigate but I would google ICAN and your area. My VBAC was further apart than yours but if you have any questions, please feel free to PM me. I felt so strongly about getting one that I switched doctors at 34 weeks pregnant and successfully VBAC'd. I researched the heck out of it last time. Your local ICAN chapter can give you the laws, rules, doctors that will do it, etc. I think it is recommended to wait 18 months but there are others that I know of that were successful in less time. You will be very close to the mark by the time you deliver. If you can find a doctor that is knowledgeable about VBAC, that is best. Good luck philly!!!
