Buy 1 whole chicken
Remove from package and take out the bag of innards from the cavity of the bird.
Rinse bird under running water (inside and out)
Salt and pepper and whatever seasoning you want to add on the outside and shake some in the cavity too. (you can use lemon/pepper seasoning or seasoned salt, bbq seasoning, or none at all)
Ball up enough aluminum foil balls (about the size of a golf ball) to cover the bottom of the crock pot. I actually use a small personal pan pizza pan upside down in the bottom of the crockpot. Anything to keep the chicken out of the drippings
Place chicken breast side up on top of the foil balls.
Put the lid back on the crock pot.
Turn it on high for about 4 or 5 hours or on high and leave it on all day (8 hours +)
I guarentee this will taste just like rotisserie chicken you get at the store or in a restaurant.
