I'm glad you're feeling better about it today. It does seem that sometimes the pregnancy hormones can take over and things that are usually no big deal become super frustrating. I think taking a time out for yourself is a good idea. How about taking the tea or smoothie idea a little further, and when your son is having a challenging moment, just ignore his behavior and go straight to making yourself (and your son?) some tea, smoothie, or other treat? It might put everyone in a better mood.
