Oh wow this sounds like such a tough situation!
I'm so sorry for your losses.
I know some ladies that have had several losses and they are usually referred to some sort of specialists that will do some 'recurrent losses' testing.
Are you still with your ob? Or have you gone to an RE yet? I would say your next step should be an RE where they will look at everything and get some tests done.

It can be very hard to deal with the emotions that come into play with knowing that your body just doesn't work the way that it should. It might be worth it to see a counselor, just to help you put your feelings into place.
