First off, I am so sorry that you are experiencing those feelings. Pregnancy hormones can cause all sorts of emotional ups and downs.
I would really encourage you to dicuss how you are feeling with your doctor. Things like counselling, stress management exercises and even medications may help with how you are feeling.
Just make sure you tell your partner how you feel. Talking is BIG when it comes to dealing with depression and negative emotions.
