I actually weight more now than I did just after having Ryan. I never had to deal with this before. After my first two I did NOTHING and was back to pre pregnancy weight/ size by 6 weeks!!! And even went lower with my weight. This time I really think being about 10 years older my body is just not so quick to snap back. I am still very active and more worried about being heart healthy than getting to a number on the scale BUT that said I am getting a bit sad about that number going UP not down!!
I track what I eat on
Calorie Counter | Food Nutrition Data for Healthy Eating Choices
and do Zumba, Pilates twice a week and lots of walking. I am giving myself the winter. When Spring kicks in I will really get my *** working out again!
