Hope everybody had great weekends. Carolyn how did your hockey games in Vegas go?
This morning I got up and did Tabatacise. It's 45 minutes of tabatas, lots of fun but hard. I also did about 20 minutes of horizontal conditioning.
Breakfast was eggs with whole wheat toast, lunch is black bean soup with a chicken sandwich and for dinner we are having spinach and artichoke chicken, so yummy!!
