I've decided to share these here. I am using Body for Life's plan and I plan to post a new picture every week for the next 12 weeks (maybe longer).

My final transformation pictures.



I am a little disappointed with my results but I think I have made progress. I have gained about 4-5 lbs from picture one to picture two. I am going to start my next 12 week transformation next week.
