Body-for-LIFE Weight Training
I am doing a full body workout every other day instead of breaking it up. That is easier for me to keep up with and I think I will get better results.
Then I'm doing about 30 minutes of cardio (either treadmill or something else, yesterday I did walking and stair climbing) every other day.
My goal is to get in 3 strength training days and at least 2 cardio days, but I'm really trying for 3 cardio as well.
