Personally, I try to stay away from most cereals, most are too high in carbs and sugar both (for me anyway). Regular Cheerios is not bad though, especially at only 1/2 cup instead of the full 1 cup serving. Other than Cheerios, I personally haven't touched cereal in 2 years.
