I've been trying to walk 3 miles a day with Leslie Sansone and it seems to be working...and I am having fun doing it! Hoping this trend continues!! I also bought a heart rate monitor to better give me an idea of calories I'm burning. Glad I did because my guestimates on MFP were way off! LOL! Because I am tracking calories out so much better, I am also doing better tracking calories in.
