A couple of days ago I was kneeling, sorting books on my daughter's bookshelf. I realized after I tried to get up, that I had been kneeling too long - it was really hard to get up. Since then, I've had varying levels of pain in my right knee. Sometimes it's not so bad, but other times it's excruciating. Especially when crouching, kneeling or going up stairs. Combined with the SI joint pain I've been having in my lower back, I can barely walk right now.

I don't THINK it has anything to do with my weight. I've only gained 3 lbs, and I've been significantly heavier than this in the past. I mean, I am overweight...but I've weighed a good 50 lbs more than I do right now and never suffered any knee pain. I'm guessing it has to do with relaxin - the same hormone responsible for the softening of the joints in my lower back - that's causing so much pain.

Anyone else dealing with this?
