SO I am getting so disgusted with myself.
I know that the jello & lingering fat & baby weight wont go away overnight but I want to start seeing some results.
I need workout suggestions that dont require going to the gym and wont take hours since I'm now limited on time with working.
What suggestions do you have to tone up the tummy?
