PCOS is a finicky thing because it looks different in every woman. It is often diagnosed through a process of elimination. Basically they will look at your symptoms and try to rule out any other causes of them, and if they can do that you probably have PCOS. Not everyone with PCOS will have high estradiol, LH, or even testosterone. Not everyone will have problems with weight. Not everyone will be anovulatory. Etc. So because of your long cycles and any other PCOS symptoms you have, you could still have PCOS even though your CD3 workup came back okay.
Is it possible for you to find a different doctor? It sounds like you aren't super happy with this one. In my experience finding a doctor you can trust and feel comfortable with is key.
