Same as you, lost 20lbs easily and now have 10 to go.
After my first, marathon training helped me drop the weight quick.
After my second, 1/2 marathon training.
This time I plan on doing Jillian michaels body revolution and more diet planning to lose the weight because I really want to clean up my diet and the JM workouts will fit in with 3 kids and work fairly well.
