Yes, I read the
trilogy about nine months ago and my Greyby was born yesterday.
They are horribly written, repetitive, not exceptionally sexy; but even poorly-written erotica gets one thinking about sex. Thinking about sex leads to wanting it, which leads to having sex, which often leads to having a baby.
I read the books so I would know what all the hype was about in the midst of it all. I thought they were mediocre at best and poorly written, but an easy and somewhat enjoyable read. Ian Somerhalder was always Christian Grey in my head, so yes, I found him extremely sexy. The character alone, though, so so on the sexiness.
