Will you be delivering at AMC? If so, they are fabulous and you will be in good hands. It's always good to go over back up plans though
As for the fears, I think those are all normal first-time feelings. It's hard to know what to anticipate when you've never done something before, but be comforted in knowing that you were made to birth this baby, and your body knows what to do.
Find some positive birth affirmations and repeat them over and over again in your head.
