Talk with a lactation consultant if you get a chance or network with your local La Leche League!
Baby needs to breastfeed 8-12 times a day, I try to let my little one cluster feed during the day and then we can go 3 hour stretches at night if he wants to (but I wake him after that).
I let him eat up to 15 minutes per side to make sure he gets the calorie-rich hind milk at the end, but he's usually much faster and pops off after 8-10 minutes before switching sides.
I pumped a bit on day 5 due to engorgement and now try to pump once in the morning to have milk on hand if needed. Generally if baby doesn't need to be supplemented you can wait to introduce the bottle until 4 weeks, but introduce it before 8 weeks so that it will be accepted later.
