Do you feel like you could do more? Do you want to do more?

I think I *could* do more. I don't think I could lift any heavier because I'm pushing myself as hard as I can on that, but I think I could add something else like a zumba class, or walking, or something like that. And I think I might when it gets a little warmer, but I don't think I need to. What I am doing wears me out and takes up enough time so I just don't really feel like I need to do more, even if I could. I would rather do this slow and consistently.
