Sorry ladies, I forgot to post this earlier in the week.
Pull out that measuring tape. Take some basic measurements waist, breast, hips, and I like to measure biceps & thighs.
These will be great to compare against in a couple of months when we've trimmed those pounds. (It's also great for me as I will go down in inches, but not on the scale at times, so it makes me feel less sad.)
