Gassy vegetables include artichokes, asparagus, beans, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, green peppers, lentils, onions, peas, potatoes, and radishes.
Gassy fruits include apples, apricots, bananas, oranges, peaches, pears, prunes, and raisins.
It's the sugars like fructose, lactose, raffinose and sorbitol that lends to gassiness. (Which is why you are supposed to avoid sodas. It's not the carbonation, it's the high
Also, obviously anything high in soluble fiber... oats, barley, whole grains, etc.
This is just what I've been able to find with a quick search online. You obviously don't want to cut all the good-for-you stuff out completely but you might want to cut back.
