Hey Ladies! I'm horribly lazy about getting in here!!
I'm still doing Zumba 2x a week. I'll thinking about picking up a third class that starts next Saturday (March 23) with the same instructor. I'm so ready for spring so I can do more outside (biking/running). I also added a daily stayball workout to my daily routine, 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. It really works out my abs and quads...and it hurts!! A good kind of hurt though. I still haven't lost any weight, but I think I lost some inches (around my chest and boobs though
boo). I also have the Rockin' Body work out dvd on it's way and I have a coach who gives me challenges to complete each day (like yesterday was xx amount of squats and xx amount of burpees), and in the next couple weeks I should have an eliptical.
