I am real good about my diet and there is not much that I would change. I don't eat anything bad during the week and on the weekends I give myself one cheat.
I need help getting motivated to workout more. I do really well at the beginning of the week but by Thursday and Friday I'm just so tired I can't pull my butt out of bed.
