Welcome!! Yes, just start slowly, and at first follow the child's lead. Learn about whatever is interesting, don't be afraid to ditch the schedule and go down a rabbit trail of learning, and just have fun. There is plenty of time for heavy structure down the road, but for how, focus on the basics and encourage exploration. Read together (both fiction and non-fiction), and just have fun.
Where are you from? Have you already checked out your local laws? Some places specify a certain set of subjects, days, and hours (even for a 5 year old), but most don't.
