Yeah, I have the 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels, did it for a while. You need a yoga mat and weights to do it. I have another one I did when Veronika was little and liked it a bit better but it's 1-hour http://www.3daymelt.com/
Jillian Michaels stuff is 20 minute sessions.
