Last week went really well in spite of my AF being here (she's still here). I'm hoping to do really well this week. I woke up in a bit of a funk but I'm starting to move out of it.
I plan to do 3 days of strength training and 3 days of cardio this week if all goes well.
Missing my Mommy Weightloss & Fitness girls. You're the best!
