I write these silly little notes to myself on my workout log. If I do a good job with a particular exercise I will draw a star or a smiley or good job like I'm a teacher. Sometimes I write you kicked butt or just all kinds of stupid things if I do good. If I don't do well I draw myself frownie faces. I'm really goofy but it helps me. I gave my dh straight F's on his leg routine one day because he quit on me. Hahaha.
