Last week went about as well as expected. I was sick for a day early in the week and then we were gone Thursday - Saturday. I got in all the miles I needed to meet my goal for March though!
I'm switching things up a bit this month....
Monday, Wednesday, Friday I'll be walking (Leslie Sansone Videos)
Tuesday, Thursday I'll be doing some toning
Saturday I'm going to be trying out some of my other videos just to mix it up (stability ball, kick boxing, ballet, etc)
Sunday is my rest day.
