Sarah is pretty much always hungry. she eats a very high protein diet but it ALWAYS asking for food and claiming to be starving. we are driving 45min to the airport on monday, then getting on a 2 hr flight, and then driving 3 hours to my mom's house. i have decided to pack a buttload of snacks so that we can avoid fast food, airplane food, and keep the kids happy.
i am packing - sea weed snacks, pre peeled hard boiled eggs, morning glory muffins (made with almond flour, shredded coconut, apples, carrots and walnuts), sausage patties (the kids will eat them even if they are cold), apple slices, clementines, and "spirulina super chips."
how's my list look? would you add anything?
