You've still got lots of time for baby to move But one way to tell the difference between the head and butt is that the head will wobble and bounce back a little when you push on it. Hiccups are a hard way to tell because they can move the entire body. If you have a doppler you can sometimes tell by whether the heartbeat is above or below your belly button.

My last baby turned breech at 36 weeks and made us all panic! So I got a good lesson in how to tell.
