Any ladies experience this before with your LOs or are you experiencing it now? Ember used to go down between 9-10 and sleep until 730-8AM and wake up all smiles. Now she is getting up at 4AM. I feed her and she goes back to sleep after being up anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and half. Two nights ago she was up and wanting to talk and play and smile so we were up for an hour and a half. Plus now her naps are much shorter as well. When she wakes now, she wakes crying too but calms down once I hold her or feed her. Is there anything I should be doing to help her get back to sleeping the full 11 hour stretch without waking?

I really shouldn't be complaining at all, because even with that one wake-up, I know Ember sleeps VERY well for her age. Should I just ride it out or are there any sleep techniques to help her stay asleep? I just want her to get the rest she needs and I dont think she is getting as much sleep as she needs since she isnt napping well either. She isn't fussy other than she cries when she wakes, which I thought she outgrew. I miss her morning coos and smiles!
