Feels like I've eaten a ton!
Breakfast: 2 english muffins with egg and cheese whiz on them, and a cup of tea.
Lunch: Peanut butter & Jam sandwich, with a banana and glass of chocolate milk.
Dinner: Honey spiral ham, scalloped potatoes and macaroni salad
Snack: 2 bowls of honey combs and a cup of tea
