He hasn't really dropped any nursing sessions. He's eating solids twice per day (mid-morning and mid-afternoon). Once in a while, I will also feed him solids in the evening, and SIL sometimes gives him some puffs or yogurt melts as a snack. He mainly just plays with those though.

The way we're approaching solids so far is really just as a bonus. So he nurses/takes the same # of bottles as always, but then we add the solids on top of it. On a typical day, he will eat 2-3 ounces of fruit, 2-3 ounces of veggies, and 2-4 tablespoons of oatmeal. I also have started giving him tastes of the foods we eat. Pretty much whatever I'm eating, I'll tear off little pieces or give him little bites. He used to just suck on it or gum it and then dribble it back out. Now he's swallowing it more.
