Welcome!! I definitely remember feeling the way you are now before my first baby. The unknown is scary!

The problem with telling you how labor feels is that every woman and every baby is different.

My first felt like extremely strong/painful braxton hicks (all over tightening) that would radiate to my lower back. It was more tiring than painful.

Second I had back labor and pretty much it felt like someone holding a blow torch to my lower back. I actually thought for the first few hours that I was having constipation pains, it was fairly similar.

Third each contraction would start as a burning sensation above my pubic bone and then slowly spread upwards and around the sides. Towards the end it became more of an all over burning tightness.
