I've never had success when freezing and trying to reheat cooked vegetables or meat/chicken (unless those ingredients are IN something) but some things that have been good for us to freeze.

Harder to Make
Lasagna
Perogies (but these would have to be boiled before serving, I guess unless you do that step ahead of time...)

Easy to Make
Stuffed Crescent Rolls (NOT healthy) but we make these with ground beef, onion soup mix, and cheese, wrap it in a crescent roll, bake, and then you can eat or freeze. Very easy to do.

I'm looking forward to reading more ideas here!
