So there with you. No matter how tired I am, if I'm woken up I am up for at least an hour or two. I've always been this way though so I don't know if it is pregnancy induced. Just brain on the fritz being off Cymbalta. It was the only thing that ever regulated my sleep schedule to something approaching normal.
I've had to do a lot of experimenting with sleep positions over the years. I found my nirvana - on my left side with my pillow over my head. For some reason that is the most effective, and apparently was a habit even when I was a kid. Sometimes hot chocolate does the trick. Otherwise I don't know much that works.
