It doesn't help that sleep in general is starting to get uncomfortable - the hip, knee and back pain... Last night I did some squats, then stretches with deep breathing, and then pelvic rocks before crawling into bed with a body pillow. Oh and I also drank some natural calm magnesium too. I seemed to fall asleep a little easier and felt more comfortable/less restless, which resulted in deeper sleep...until about 4 am. Then the aches started up again. But still that was improvement! Not sure if it will work again tonight, but I need to be better about those exercises anyway, so maybe this will be my motivation?
