yep. I freeze a sliced banana in a plastic bag, then let it thaw for a few minutes on the counter when ready to make. Throw it in the small bowl of my food processor and let it start going. It will look like dippin dots, but then you keep going and it becomes creamy. I add a TBSP of PB and a little bit of cocoa powder or hershey's syrup(depending on what I have handy),and a splash of almond milk to thin it out.

Here's one recipe I followed at the beginning with some nutrition facts. it's pretty decent and Jer had no idea it was bananas the first time I made it
