I've officially lost 33 lbs since January
I still have about 22 lbs before I hit my ultimate goal (135 lbs) but I've stopped setting my goals solely based on weight, and started setting them more on body fat percentage with my ultimate goal to be into the athletic range!
I've been working out a lot on my own, and last night I had my consultation with a personal trainer- he is supposed to have my plan ready for tomorrow!
